Messing around in ArtRage once again...
A few days ago the last episode of Shirokuma Cafe aired. I am really sad the showgot cancelled ended, as it was pretty much the best thing ever. It cheered me up lots of times! If you haven't seen it, do check it out, and start from the beginning. It gets better as the show progresses, and you feel you become friends with the characters.
I need to draw the characters in cartoon form! Shirokuma (Polar Bear) and Gurizurī (Grizzly) are my favorites, Lesser Panda is super adorable as well! (not to mention a team of penguin superheroes, a porcupine J-pop band with capibara background singers, a coffee roasting tree kangaroo, etc..!)

As someone who's just been introduced to Shirokuma Cafe, that news is rather upsetting; I've heard many times how good it is. I am glad to see, though, that you've made this, for this is a wonderful piece of art, and in time will be a touching memory.

I love Shirokuma Cafe, but cancelled? That just sucks entirely!
That show was one of my favorites and kept me smiling and laughing every Thursday at an anime site that delivers subtitles to that show.
Of course, Polar Baer and Grizzly are my favorites from that series. Llama and Rin Rin were also funny too - yes, Llama needs respect too. ^^
I hope they'll reconsider resurrecting the show back on the air again. Honestly, I have never felt so much "at home" with their comedic routines at a cafe shop. ;)

LOL Well there's always going to be someone you work with that you dislike. I'm sure there's many who find Panda less than cute but love everyone else. Or the Handa haters. Or the ones who hate Mei Mei or Rin Rin (amusing that both of them have repetitive names just like their character model is repetitive / duplicative)
