This is a so called "Friday animal" from
maitrejoker she did for me a while ago. Why are they called "friday animals"? Well, because friday is the end of the week and usually it means you don't have to work for 2 days so you feel good and you "friday animal" looks happy. There are also "monday animals" which look...well, less happy :D
