So this is what I made for myself for dinner tonight. I have a few days at the house alone and since my brother is allergic to most seafood I figured this would be the oppertune time to make it. I made steak on the grill, butterflied a lobster tail, added a marrinade and broiled it, I did up some shrimp scampi with garlic and other seasoning, and I made some stuffed mushroom caps. I stuffed them with cream cheese, bread crumbs, garlic, shrimp and crab meat, and some permesan cheese. I wish I would have picked a more melty cheese to put in here but they still tasted good.
