mockup placement of the final magma plates, i may sculpt over these with air dry clay to make the official texture, but right now they are made of hard black felt and just pinned to the leg so i can move them if needed. loving this silk fabric i found called "Fiery Swallowtail", it shifts from red to orange to yellow as you look at it, which perfectly represents flowing lava, if only i found this fabric when i was making Deathwing...
