Hate to be sexist (which sadly I am partially) but men are like that -_-
I used to have a lot of those nights. I would sit there and call him, and call him, and call him. Over and over again. Reaching til 5 in the morning. I hated it. And he would always fight with me over nothing *hugs*

Just keep in mind that if he was willing to let you wait that long to hear from him, you obviously cared a lot more than he did (which means he wasn't worth your time), as much as it hurts to think about. You'll be better off without someone who will only make you sit up waiting to hear from him again.
