Also, the crown mark makes me want to suggest "Regal" as a name possibility.

Hmm... The Cutie Mark is a crown, so something related to royalty or crowns... How about "Royal Heart", or something like that? As for colors, I would say make the coat light purple, as purple is the color for royalty. The mane and tail I would make white with dark bluish-purple stripes..
