...so upon coming back from school for spring break, I worked the pet expo event with husky haven, and I was disappointed to learn that someone else was interested seriously in Fendi, another volunteer. I got all upset because i'd made plans to rent a dog-friendly apartment in Savannah and move off campus so I could adopt her as my own. Then Louis mentioned a dog that they got in named Tonk who had had his ears hacked off by some cruel bastard and then gotten dumped in the shelter to rot until he was to be euthanized. Well, I said, oh i'd love to meet this dog, just to see if he was a better fit than Fendi considering Fendi was iffy around cats and some other dogs (pitts) and he wasn't...he was supposedly good with cats, children, and other dogs. So, my mom and I went to the pet store to go meet him at an adoption event the next morning. So, when I got there, all I could see through the door near the front were these huge, ice blue piercing dog eyes. I walked in and saw him and just thought he was the coolest dog. My mom loved him too. he had the sweetest temper. So, I said, what a sweetie, i'll foster him for a bit. And literally as I said tho, Amanda his current foster told me you can take him home today, because we literally just got a dog surrendered here, and it'd give me space for him at my house.

so I got this sweet boy...and he's been nothing but good to me since. He is so sweet, and now i'm seriously considering adopting him to be my permanent dog. :)
