Oh my, she is absolutely adorable :D I didn't think she would be one of the one's you sketched because of her ridiculous pattern, but it turned out great :D
As far as a critique, the only thing that I noticed wasn't too big of a deal, but the proportions for the forearms don't match up, but that may be the pose throwing me off. It's still a very cute picture and I agree with Tolucian about it's been awesome to see how your art has evolved.
