She is not my character but I designed the clothes except the necklace and the mantle.
I drew her as a poke-human but she is normally 4 legged I think.

I am researching the clothes now.

The shape and pattern of the clothing matches the ice theme very well. =^.^=

Most English speakers use the term 'cloak' or 'cape' as a more common term, especially for a knee-length or longer one such as this example.

Though 'mantle' is technically correct it's rarely used anymore and usually only referring to one that is shorter than the elbows.

I dont know but.. I prefer mantle.. it sounds warmer than cape or cloak
but yeah its very rare to hear it

Ya I assumed there was some type of clothing under the loincloth.
I like the decorative embellishments that they generally have.
