I probably should have known when he started giving me larger portions than normal that he was fattening me up, but now it's come to a point where I can't escape! He just keeps feeding me more and more, and I can only sit and watch as my belly grows and grows! D:

I'm not currently deliberately wanting to gain, it was really just a one off turn on ^^;
Always taken an interest into the process of it though. I'd assume health would be the main accompany towards gaining, it's interesting to see how others deal with it.
