Virtual Location Acquisition Device “V.L.A.D”

Vlad had his brain fused with a GPS device by his former taxidermy-loving-mad-scientist-pizza-delivery-guy-owner. Unfortunately, it was stuck on the "Russian" setting, over-riding his native Welsh accent with that of a crude Russian version. He uses phrases like "comrade" and occasionally will swear or mutter in Russian. He is lazy, pessimistic, irritable, and distrusting of others. He believes everything is a conspiracy (given his past as a lab experiment gone wrong, why wouldn't he?) and is extremely suspicious of others. He is also terrified of electrical cords or electricity (again, lab experiment). He is, however, loyal to a fault and will always (somehow) be there if needed.

Vlad believes his chew toy,Mr. Bigglesmith, is the only thing to really understand him. He will often have conversations with Mr. Bigglesmith, and as his only close "friend" is the only being he trusts completely. He is OCD and will often have odd, repetitive behaviors such as count his steps, or walk backwards through doorways.

Likes: Mr. Bigglesmith, constellations (knows them all), his welsh heritage
Dislikes: Misplacing Mr. Bigglesmith, electrical cords/shocks, Has a fear of water, heights and fluffy things. Despises anyone who comments on his accent
