I . . . listen, I'm not a psychologist, but maybe go try to find some IRL friends? I mean, not that we don't love you, but go out there, try to get involved. See if there are any groups or clubs you could join in your local area/city. I know I go to a weekly board game group, an anime night, and I'm in some RPG campaigns. Listen, I don't want to tell you what to do, and I've been there, but you have to put yourself out there to get new friends.
