I designed this bracelet a month or two ago I think. It's cut out of 4-5 oz leather with a laser cutter and closes with a snap. Both copies have a black coat underneath a sort of iridescent coat of acrylic (green on left, blue on right).

The one on the left is the one I made right then, using the cheap leather I had gotten quickly to experiment with. It wasn't top-grain leather, so it was rough on both sides and needed a coat of acrylic paint to make it acceptable.

But this last weekend I got some good high-quality leather, and so I made another copy. Notice how the one on the right is all smooth and clean and awesome. I also got some leather dyes, which let me stain it a nice even black in a matter of a couple minutes as opposed to taking almost a half hour to paint it painstakingly.

The one on the left is also clearly showing signs of wear. I was pretty hard on it every day for a month or two, and I think the quality of the leather isn't helping it any. I'll wear the one on the right pretty hard for a while to test it and see how well it stands up to a beating.

I plan on putting these (and similar items) up for sale, but as I only did the nice one tonight I haven't yet settled on a price. I'm thinking something like $25? Maybe that's a bit low, I'm not sure. Let me know what you think they'd be worth. And if you'd like one (in these or another color) let me know and I'll make one for you at that price for now.
