I tend to just laugh it off, because I know they are far more embarrassed than I am, but it's completely different when it comes to kids xD;

I've had that happen to me too. Except it was a boy and he asked me why I had girls hair and earrings but also a beard. XD

LOL! When my hair was a little longer I had people approach me from behind at work a lot going 'Excuse me miss!' and then I turn around and they're like ".... You know what? I'm good. NEVERMIND *scuttles away*" but now I just get kids asking me if I'm a boy or a girl.

I've had two people come into the restroom at work while I'm washing my hands, so that they see me from behind. They quickly turn around and exit yelling sorry thinking they've entered the female restroom. Moments later they return giving me an awkward glance before entering a stall. It's very embarrassing.

Pretty much every day before i cut it XD and i haven't had a character be it in game or my fursona that hasn't been called a girl more than once XD so me being called a girl is a daily thing~

As a girlyboi whos hair is only a little shorter than this, I get that a lot at work.

Back when I had died my hair blond and blue, this little black boy looked at me in the department store and was like, "Cool wig! "

And I was like, "Oh, you mistaken and endearing child."

Having long hair and being a guy is one of the best ways to stick out in a crowd. Whether you want to do that or not is debatable, but I've found it to be beneficial myself.

I have had people ask their friends, after I walk past and far enough away they think I can't hear them: Is that a guy, or very ugly woman? Lets just say, after turning around, they didn't have the nerve to look me in the eyes

Man this has happened to me so many times xD even with my new hair cut it happens.

But I think the oddest comment I've gotten came from a 4 year old that called me a mop head

I was colecting my nephew, and they started to ask all those questions...

It's just soo lear that they learn that girls like those colors, and dress likte that, and have hear like this...
