a little bit of doodling finally unlocked this guy back in the limelight. He's one of my favorite characters to draw, and I'm sure Nevol's none too happy about that.

The Hallmark leader of the "Novice" Gang, Jerrold prides in his role and motif as the cur under hander of any opposing row of rivals. With a denouncing demeanor for incompetence and overall gross intolerance for failure of any flavor, Jerrold sheds away any doubts of paranoia from his crew, there by ensuring that the members that aren't shy off from the 'hand's on' factor of gang life, stick around as loyal benefactors. He's only con: leniency. Priding on being unruling, his members have been seen boldly treading on ill ground after hours, and making friends/ side jobs with friends in other gangs. Jerrold knows of this and is said to only being respectful of his flock's space, as the MO of the crew is not to ruckus, but pilfer. Still, he has many a watchful eye on his moves, and so far, at three years as the " Novice's" benefactor, no random gang fights, aka "bad breeding" has arised. His reign may one day be the end of him because he suffers from a workaholic's bane - loving the job too much.
Strength: Powerful and fast with his hands in a 1v1 duel. More than that, though... did I mention he was fast?

Creed: "All land is earned."

"The Novice": Has several tiers of command, with large and powerful men neighboring the hideout/home. The tiers, he says, or only in place to instill respect from the lower tiers, or newcomers.
