Well, the war hammer itself sure. And because the hammer is obvious, the other weapons are not..

If the cane's knob is already shaped like a war hammer (which doesn't really make sense since a warhammer is a heavy weapon and demands a solid stick - which this cane doesn't have as it's shallow) and the other end of the cane is sharpened as well, where is the sense of making it a cane weapon then if those things can't be concealed anymore? Look at Batman's Penguin, he had one blade in his umbrella, done.

....*sigh* Because he can use the blades like...like for example Kroenen in Hellboy? For a faster fighting style?

Would still make not much sense. The blades are fine, but the hammer / holdout pistole makes not much sense to me. ;)
