That reminds me I did this with old Pentax K110D I use to have, it was my first DSLR

My first DSLR was my K10 w/ grip... everyone told me not to bother with the grip that it was a waste of my money but I loved the way it balances the camera... makes it feel more solid in my hands... I don't think I'll ever purchase a strait DSLR without a grip. Upgraded last year to the K5... and love the clean results at high iso. The dynamic range is superb. Hoping pentax can get their acts together after all this merger upheaval and keep innovating... keep pushing the envelop with the new sensors that are out there but keeping the solid build, ergonomics, and intuitive design that so endeared me to their line of cameras.

Yep Sony is pushing Pentax and Nikon ahead of Canon

Why Sony do this? so they can have hold of the camera market in which they have, Sony makes the camera for the iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 and Sony uses the same camera but at 12MP on their phones. More to know
