You should really stop referring to your viewpoints as a "higher moral standard." Because that implies that the rest of us have a lower moral standard and are beneath you. Perhaps you truly do feel this way, but using those words won't endear you to many readers. A better term to use would be "stricter moral standards."

With regard to rap, I'm going to keep it short and sweet - whites are taught to assume the worst of rap. That's just how it is, that's why your parents taught you that.

Also, I've seen you use the term "Darn" and "Dang" in place of the word we all know it's replacing. So it's kind of unfair to judge people for the use of the term "bloody" and "bleeding." Especially considering that "Darn " and "Dang" sound a lot closer to what they're referencing.

Vietnam was a pointless war, but I don't bash the veterans, it's not their fault. And our government screwed them over and has done so ever since, they're not taking care of them properly at all. As for my thoughts on the military, I recognize the need for one, but I get tired of how we glorify it to always make ourselves look like the good guys, like we've never hurt anybody. I don't think our military is evil but it's far from perfect.

But I do find it encouraging that you're against concealed weapons. I don't agree with...90% of your views on gun control, but at least you seem to agree that guns in public don't help anyone.

I figured you'd bash me on this one; you've done it again. I think when I said "higher" I meant stricter, and I just typed the wrong word. I agree that our military isn't perfect but it's still is the best.

This is another (of several) things I've written based on my emotions.

Calling them the best is up for debate. I'd say it fluctuates and depends on what category. Ethically, they probably don't hold the top spot. They benefit mainly from size and money.

And I'm not bashing you. If I were bashing you, you'd know it.
