I bought this today for 8 pound sterling (which is somewhere around 14 - 16 usd)
I plan to use this for parts for my other road bike I have in my scraps folder. I really only bought this for the dual action brake levers. For those who don;t know what that is, it means I'll be able to operate the brakes from either a sitting up position, or the common bent down position. Whereas before my road bike only had single action which meant you have to always be in a bent down position to operate the brakes.
I do plan to pinch the rack and the tool bag along with pedal reflectors, brake cables, front reflector and rear reflector. I also plan to swap the wheels cause these are better than the spare pair I already have.
When I am done with this I'll put it on ebay at 99pence start (about a 1.50usd) as spares/repairs. I'm not really loosing money as the parts I am taking off are worth more than what I paid for the complete bike.
(will be put in scraps in a day or two)

This has 28" inch rims, or as they are also known as 700c. Common in many racing bikes. I have a nice grey peugeot racing bike with 26inch wheels, very hard to come by. It even has the proper thin, slick racing tires on it, which is why I don't ride it in the wet! lol
I have a second Peugeot racer with 27inch wheels which is what the parts from this are for. However when summer arrives I plan to strip it down, respray it and rebuild it. Cause the paint is showing it's age.

20 inch, the small ones for kids or on the folding bikes - usually these tyres are fat and have a big contact-area
24" -rare ones, used only on teenage bikes or trekking bikes
26" - the standard size for street, mountain and trekking bikes
28" - the standard size for racing bikes, these ones as you know are extremly thin
so yea, there are a few european sizes coming up, but 23,25,27......those are extremely rare
I know some One-Bikes have 22" wheels, yes....
