Well, since eggs are so freaking expensive this year, I decided to do something different for the two people I love the most ^^
These are simple white chocolate and passion fruit cupcakes that got simply delicious ^^

2 cups flour
1/2 cup caster sugar
100g white chocolate, chopped
125g butter, melted, cooled
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup passionfruit pulp
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ferment
