I suppose you could say so! Canonically Vanadia (Nexii's homeland) comprises areas of Scandinadivia. Technically it would be set in the far future, but a lot of the technology/culture has regressed after an apocalyptic event. I haven't really written the story yet. There would be some lost 'magic/technology' so it would be more like high-fantasy Norse Middle Ages.
