Yeah, that camera angle is totally to bring the viewer's perspective down to Rush's level and has nothing to do with focusing on Mega Man's rump. Whatsoever ;).
Rush the robodog listens intently to instructions from Mega Man, while one of Dr. Wily's Batons (a.k.a. Batontons) spies on them from an alley.
Based partially on the cheesy (but hot) 1990's Mega Man cartoon. I decided to keep Rush relatively lean, but I'm planning to eventually draw a buffed-up robot Rottweiler as a "pet" for Proto Man.
Color possibly to come. (I kinda like the black and white).
