Here's a quick rundown of the meerkat pirate character as well as his weapons.

The main weapon is a custom pistol blade. It started as a blade he once stole from a dead pirate, but over time he made upgrades that allows him to make some creative use. With parts from a pistol, he crafted those parts to the blade so he could quickly make use of a long-range weapon without the need to change hands.

Two daggers are also equipped on his belt, and his swordplay has advanced from one blade to two small blades should they ever be needed.
