Coloration based off These Guys Here because they are just so freaking cute! Anyway, information about him to come later when I can think up stuff for his owner >> given his coloration he's more than likely a surface dweller like Rihnsom and Mudakiel.
That's one thing I will point out here, Noxia in the Caverns have a more Horse based coloration, while the Noxia found in the Surface World (AKA Human World or Mortal World) Can be based off a variety of creatures that are of the same family (Ungulets) as Horses, meaning Gazelle's, Antelopes, Bovines, etc. the only exception to the general rule is Mudakiel who still pertains to horse like colors but his bodies layout is so that he does not cook himself alive as dark colors should be sparce when it comes to the body as they will basically boil from the inside out should they retain dark colors.
