It took me around 3 hours after the soldering, but I got it fully shaped and fitted.

This is going to be my first fully detailed micro katana, so the entire project has been one really long research and development project. I've been manufacturing each of these parts using all traditional methods. @.@ Maybe someday I'll get a nice digital camera with Macro Zoom to better photograph my work.
