Right off the bat the "Gentlemanly" Octopus, (Squid? Septapus?) made me chuckle. I like the way you used two of his tentacles as a "Moustache. The other character designs have such nice style to them, I'm not too fond of dinosaurs, but just looking at the plated fellow gives me the impression that he'd be a bit slow witted, but friendly. Even the human girl has an air of friendliness and vivaciousness that says she'd be perfect as the Heroine of some story, or at least be "The nice girl next door" type. Of course I like the styling on the leaping deer.
