Just some late night musing.. Iv been trying to get back into my other hobby.. I haven't played with my dolls in months, I haven't posted or commented in the forums... Its a bit hard to get back into it when no one I had known seems to care Iv disappeared..
Whats in the picture is true.. I got into the hobby mainly to try and make friends.. Seven years ago I lost my sister and my dog all in the same year.. I guess I started collecting in hopes of reaching out to others who had a similar interest as I had.. Seven years I am still without friends in the hobby.. But I keep my collection because I love my dolls.. They are always here, they don't judge me, they don't expect me to do anything.. I think if I did sell them my home would feel empty.
The lack of friends in the doll hobby makes me appreciate all the friends I have here in this community, even if you guys don't share my interest in dolls you still put up with the occasional picture.. I thank you all for being my friends.
Doll in the photo is my first and still my favorite, Kiyori. I customized him, and put a lot of personal character into him.

I think BJDs are beautiful and interesting. A lot of people I've met at anime conventions have had them (and have asked me to pose them them before which is kind of nerve wracking when you know how much they cost.) They's way out of my price range of interests, but I can see the draw.

I always think on something kinky while sitting in the chair by the dentist. It's a place, where you are vulnerable and must place trust to the doctor...similary when you submit to a dominant person. So to make my visits more fun at the dentist, I imagine all kinds of smut, while having my bad teeth treated...odd, huh?
Ah man, I 'had' friends and since one thing happened and me and my best buddy fell out. She since then started lying about me to my local doll meet people.
Since it's been 2/3 years and i haven't been to one and i have only one doll friend left. She's in Cali and i'm here in England.
I finally got my dream doll last year, he still don't even have a faceup, wig or his own eyes. I'm so down about this hobby now. I miss talking to doll minded people, but i have her in the back of my head which is stopping me make any new friends :(
Cal is 6 this year, which is amazing...but i still wish i had friends to talk about stuff with! Maybe then it'll help me bounce back and do things with them again.

I'm sorry I haven't really commented or said much. I'm very bad about this on this site in general. I haven't done much with my dolls since...I think summer last year. It's a shame, I can't afford to even make a nice background and I can't take them outside anymore since my snow white girl is yellowing. I only have a couple friends into it and they live in other countries. So I don't have anyone to talk to either. *big hugs*
Maybe you just haven't found the right friends yet. I joined the hobbie with my love and It really helped me make friends. A friend of mine had a simpler experience in which the people she became friends with hate her not. But she learned to find other people and friends. It can be really scary but she is an amazing people and I'm sure you are to.
If you want I'd totally be willing ot talk dollies over Skype <3 It's really fun.
