Well inner ear damage can cause a constant ringing in your ears, even though you might be deaf otherwise...

There was a person here a while back who committed suicide because of that.
He went deaf because his friends thought it would be funny to turn up the volume in his headphones to max (the guy was a DJ) it destroyed his hearing and made him deaf, but he kept on hearing a constant painful ringing in his ears and any sounds hurt. he could only find some small relief by having the tv's white noise cranked up high and even then it was painful...

But if there's anyone who deserves that sort of thing, then it's Titan for sure...

Oh, good grief! That sounds like a truly awful fate. Truly AWFUL.

I mean, seriously. In the list of things I really sincerely hope never ever EVER happen to me it's right up there with the worst of them. That DJ and anyone else it happens to really does have my sympathy.

Serves 'ol Titanium-arse right for sticking his "ear" where it doesn't belong. For someone with one crash-landed ship, he certainly talks big.

Also, sounds like it's time to refit the aircraft with the heavy weaponry.

You may wish to pull rank in case we ever do manage to catch Titan. Otherwise, it's gonna be a lynch mob (or a mob of some kind, I'm sure), and, well...
