I might take in a bunch of refs and then pick a victim to draw, but that depends on people's willingness to share their refs and be vampfoods :p

After the bite, the victim could be memory wiped for future feeding, or turned to share the thrill of the hunt o:
The choice is up to the victim. After all, one cannot be turned if one does not wish to. ;)
