On the left is what bottom bracket bearings on a bicycle SHOULD look like. On the right is one of the bearings I took out of my latest project.
Ever so slightly wanked. lol
I am replacing both sides, end cap and axle, after looking at the state of both sets of bearings I don;t trust the axle as it may be warped.
