actually it has corn cobs :P
in Mexico there's a traditional way of eating corn, which is right from the cob, boiled and then peeled. Insert a sharp stick at the bottom so you don't have to hold the cob, instead you hold it from the stick. Add mayo, some cheese... you can also add some spices and powder chilli...
there's no specific name for this food, they just call it "elotes" which is the spanish for corn cobs XD
also, another way to eat them (truly amazing) same recipe but you eat the corn in a cup, with the same water you used to boil it, add the same stuff... AWESOME snack >:3
