Found the story decently well written and enjoyable. Kept true to the characters and I liked the ending. Maybe try to revert from using human names.
Jacob doesn't fit and the D.V.S. sounds like a bad generic human like villain...
Maybe change Jacob to 'HeliumPuff' or something that would sound like an MLP name and keep the villain nameless...
