So, I acquired an older dually and it had a 351w in it... no oil pressure... fix? Tear out the old engine! Bearings are shot. So, 408w stroker/torquer? Sounds like a plan to me! [What about the turbo?] Turbo sounds like it'd go on it just fine!

Ford F-Series. This generation of frame lasted longer than any other truck frame foundation [Period.]

yes, my brother had one for a while, quad cab with aftermarket steel flat bed in back. Also had the diesel engine. Such a good engine, don't know why they messed it up. It was only 2 wheel drive and he still plowed with it.

This, if it came with diesel, would've been the 6.9l. It had no turbo and ate through cam bearings due to oiling issues. My 2002 SD has the 7.3l [the best motor for these] and a lot of work done to it. If I could come across another engine, I'd rebuild it for this truck.
