the highlights were placed quite nicely, but considering the material, i think they look too 'rough', even though they aren't solid now i believe they could've used a bit more feathering.
the hair...i suggest practicing on the hair, as it stands whenever i look at it i'm reminded of cheesy old sci-fi effects, plus, even with the variation in shadow/light it just looks plain flat.

well, personally, on the highlights i already said how in theory, just experiment with feathering, alternatively you could just look at latex suits with light shining on them, i don't think you'd have much problems finding images on that.

Whew...she has hips! X3 I do love her long hair too. X3 Real nice work on the highlights on her latex (?) suit as it gives it that nice, warm shine to it. X3 Gotta love her expression too. I like the highlights on her hair. Purple looks great with the eye color. Yay, boots! Cool boots though I'm more of..err..nevermind. :3 Keep it up!
