The Hunt for Elsewhere full cover - now published!
It's been a while since I posted the front cover illustration for The Hunt for Elsewhere, but it's since been published! I just did the cover illustration, but the story is getting great reviews so far as I've heard!

Ah, okay! I love stories like these. I absolutely loved the Guardians of GaHoole series when I was younger (back when I was in middle school) and have always loved books that focused on the animal characters. It looks like a more grown up version of the animals stories I loved reading, and I love supporting new works like these!
Awesome work on the cover art. They say never judge a book by its cover, but I can't help it. This one definitely caught my eye, and I'll be sure to let you know how the book is! :>

Yeah, from what I've heard, it's one of those stories that appeals to kids, but actually has some fairly adult/mature events as far as drama and emotion goes. Makes me miss the good ol' days when "for children" didn't automatically mean "cartoony and dumb" or "overly simple."
Heh, thanks again :)

I ran across this submission months ago and immediately searched for the book for my NOOK. Running across this image again made me remember that I hadn't commented or faved. I can say that, personally, I absolutely loved the book and would be rooting for the author to write a sequel. It's as wonderful as the cover, for sure. :D
