This was another Tumblr Prompt from Readasaur! It was supposed to draw an irate woman of African descent in a red dress - and ended up coloring it in too much.

There's a James Bond/G.I. Joe story behind this in my head. She's a villainess using Carnival or perhaps Mardi Gras to cover up her deeds. Here she's been caught and has to give up the remote control for her dastardly <insert device here> and is about to really make the heroes pay for invaded her sanctum like this.
