Awww, little Wolf..it's hurt!

The story behind this is:

Leigh ran as fast as her paws could carry her, knowing the shadow hunters where not far behind. Her spirit guide Fronss hovered overhead, whispering advice to her.
Her aching legs told her to stop but she had to keep running...
Suddenly, Leigh reached the edge of the forest and was out in the open night air, running on a rocky cliff!
She gave a yelp and skidded to a halt, the cliff had come to an abrupt end...
Was this it? The end? Was she going to die here, to become a trophy for some hunter?
She stared up into the night sky, hoping and hoping this wasn't it..
And then, something shot past! A star! A shooting star, she had to make a wish..
She scrunched her snout in concentration and wished.
"Please, let me live...I wish to live."
And then, as the star faded away, Leigh bunched her legs and jumped over the edge of the cliff.....
