Profile: Nagas tend to have an ego and a superiority complex, with Calia being no exception. The serpentine keeps her past a secret from most, although her accents and style of magic suggests a foreign origin. Originally she met Shade when he came to test his strength against the naga as she snatched up hapless victims to enthrall for her own amusement. Finding herself unable to best the dragon or dominate his mind, she decided to lay claim to him in the next best way. The two reptiles’ relationship has actually developed to the point where the naga does find charm and companionship in the dragon. As such, she has abandoned her more sinister ways, and enjoys accompanying her mate on his trips (much to the dismay of others).
