Profile: Macabre was created when a sorceress cast out a reoccurring nightmare and forced it into a physical shell so that she could destroy it. Luckily for Macabre, she failed, paying for it with her own life. However, the nightmare found himself in a deadly moment of weakness. Saved thanks to intervention from Shade, the nightmare finds himself indebted and strangely fond of the dragon. As such, he is commonly found crashing in Shade’s residence, although an outside observer would think the nightmare owner. Although highly intelligent, the dark little creature is an attention whore. When he’s not out scaring random people, he is finding some member of the guild to give him attention. He does have a strong dislike of Calia, one the naga shares. Viewing him as competition for Shade’s attention, the naga’s obvious disdain results in frequent arguments with the nightmare.
