It's my hubby's birthday (well yesterday now) so I made some noms for him.
Mixed Berry Crumble
Ingredients:
Mixed berries (I used a frozen pouch of them)
approx 1 cup of flour
approx 250gr of butter
approx 1 cup brown sugar
I do approx as I don't bother to measure, I just add everything together as I go & add more of something if it needs it
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 400f
2. Defrost the berries either overnight or in microwave
3. Put berries into a baking tin/dish
4. Mix flour, brown sugar & butter together with your fingers
5. Sprinkle mixture over the top of the berries
6. Place in oven for 15-25 mins
