Like a serial #? Cause the 281 was a 4.6 liter engine and the 351 was a 5.8, I thought the 158 might be a smaller engine.

That's the production number. Saleen and Roush label their cars with the production number "158 of 400" or simply 158.

its pretty but although the saleen is just a gt with a supercharger diff transmision and exhaust and susspension why is there a gt symbol on the side? i know in the 2000s and up and they dont have it dont really know much about the 90s models though we had a 2005 saleen s281 that was red...it was so fast

Well, actually if you want to get technical. the engine/suspension was completely rebuilt by a customs place out in cali. so it has more hp than a normal saleen, plus a custom suspension and whatnot. It was built originally to be a custom showcar, as far as I know. lol

whoops i mean custom transmission, not suspension twice. (blew the original transmission, so i had it rebuilt to a heavy duty. it's the only automatic that i've driven that kicks like a manual)

3 of 4 cars i had are from ford. one was a terrible renualt twingo.a fucking damn car...

the other cars were and are ford ka.70hp.a beautiful car^^
