This is a user icon for  frenzie. We've been playing Team Fortress 2 way too much to justify not having a new icon slash spray. The two things I'm most happy about in this picture are: The background (while simple is familiar to Half Life 2's City 7) and the shoulder pads, which I carefully determined the reflections.

I'm considering removing the black lines from this image. But it's both late and I don't have Frenzie's opinion on the matter, I think I'll leave it for now.
