Hmm... Interdasting.

I listened to the audio clip as I read through this and it may just be the little mono-synthed strings that made this sound abrasive to me, but this just sounds like steel wool in my skull. I don't mean it's bad, however; the need for dynamic contrast is a huge must though. Also, I would maybe suggest a build up of repeats with differing endings, i.e. ending 1, 2, 3, etc. Although the main theme of the composition is changed through the drop into varying pitched strings, it is still echoed and repeated. In a composition, a theme should be stated, referenced, and only returned to in feats of climactic disposition. But, that's is only my view point on it. What I would do if I were you--me being rather lazy--I would actually change the pattern at the repeat, pretty much cutting out the repeat and instead taking the instated pattern, switching it around to a slightly different up/down statement, and change keys, then on the downtrend towards the ending chords, I would build the pattern back into the original.

But, this is only me. I'm thinking in the mind of an electronic musician with access to lots of polyphony. I have very little of an idea as to the mechanics of a draw stringed instrument. Very nice piece, though :3 You should get a quartet together to play it for everyone to hear.

Well the music program I have can only do so much since it was completely free and is all computer generated sounds. The dynamics don't really work to well you kind of have to over do them for them to make and changes. Also this is my first time working with strings, brass if more my forte regarding music xD Hopefully I'll be able to be in the show choir band this coming up year and be able to by me a better program so I can actually put something together that doesn't sound so computer generated.

I've also tried electronic music a little and I understand were yours coming from with the build-ups in the music. Very common in any electronic based theme. I could have built up a little more better though, to give a better picture of how everything played out but I'm also lazy :P

I would also people look at the sheet music that listen to the audio cause the audio doesn't really do everything that is written on the sheet music xD But their isn't much I can do! >.< Can't even make slurs is what is sad :P but like I said hopfully I'll be about to put out some better stuff later in the year. Might even rewrite some of this stuff so It sounds better.
