So here's a unique project I undertook years ago, which at the time was beyond my skill level, so the sculpt is a bit outdated to reflect my current skills- I cast this guy in flex foam as a cheap alternative to silicone to ensure that the mould works.. which it does! So I'll be casting him in expanding silicone with a silicone skin next. He's fairly comfortable to wear, even with him being urethane foam(AWAITS INEVITABLE EXPLOSION OF FACIAL TISSUE), and the vision, ventilation(Via the nostrils!!!) and jaw movement are all excellent. I think I'm going to use this method to make my anthrocon show pieces(Which I haven't decided on them being minotaurs or a myriad of other D+D monsters).
He opens via a slit in the back, which closes via velcro. There's no horns on him yet, thus the weird nubbly bits on the top and back.
