This is a commission for Bansheeda on DA of a set of leather dragon wings and a tail! Definitely a bit different from my feathered bird wings :)

Hand-tooled and shaped 7-oz leather and painted with acrylics, with stone and metal beads.

Even though I love feathered wings, I really like these too :D There's just something satisfying about making leathery wings out of leather :D

I'm very interested in commissioning something like this, but I'm curious how big they are. Do you have any photos with perhaps a coin or something for size comparison?

I just mailed it today, otherwise I would take a photo! The wings are 3.5 inches at the widest point (shoulder to longest wingtip), and the tail is about 3 inches long. I can of course make them smaller or larger.
