Request done for were-ah(Deviantart screen-name), in which she asked for my OC Eric, and her OC Rachael. ^^
As per usual, I got carried away... XD But it was worth it, even if my fingers cry out in anguish from doing most of this in one sitting! ^^;
I always seem to get carried away with at least one image when I take requests or do trades...
Now, from here I will discuss/ramble about the characters and the image excessively. Feel free to skip if you like. :)
The man on the left, posing like he's some poster-boy-wannabe for Street Fighter, is Eric Fence, codename being Bloodrage. The girl on the right is Rachael Richardson, known as Angel. They are Fan Characters for the animated series Young Justice.
In this scene, Eric and Rachael have obviously been scuffling, and since he's far more a fighter-style character than she is, and a vampire, he's clearly having the upper hand in a basic one-on-one confrontation. I wanted something friendlier than an actual fight, though, so settled that they were sparring in all good fun, more or less. :)
Poor Rachael... this might be why most superheros avoid white... Streets are covered in dirt, you know. 0_o
For those who pay close attention, you'll notice the whites of Eric's eyes are a pale red. That is a common happening whenever her exerts himself quite a bit; In this case, restraining his super-strength and speed to keep from hurting Rachael too much. This goes two ways; either by using a great deal of his physical ability, or controlling said strength carefully. Both tax him pretty badly, since it can be pretty hard to pull punches in a fight, especially if you're Eric... *Cough*Excessively-Violent*Cough*
Lastly, I want to mention Eric's <s>absurd</s> outfit. Crafted for him by Grace, a fellow member of his villainous team. I was lost for what his combat wardrobe should be, and asked
FenghuangQilin for help. She than designed this for me. So that's how Eric's less-than-practical outfit was born! He is supposed to have a half-mask and a visor to go with it, but I decided to leave it out this time.
Anyway, enjoy the image! And if you read all that, you have rightfully earned yourself brownies! :)
