D'aww. Such cuteness and thoughtfulness all in one. You definitely get a feeling of compassion with this pic.
The neat part of this work is how Lil' Pichu seems surprised on how caring Pichu Boy is being. You can kind of feel the scene as PB is like, "Can I do anything else to make you better?" as LP looks up and says, "Oh, but you've done so much."
Nice work on the background, too. Captures a scene that you'd imagine PB going into where his friend would need cared for. Being injured usually means you are laid up someplace indoors and, especially for Pichu, being indoors is no fun.
