HARLIE WHY ARE YOU SAD AND ON A ROOF WHEN YOU SHOULD BE WORKING?

I drew this a few weeks ago but got frustrated with the background and gave up for a few.

I don't neccessarily remember why I drew this in the first place but i thiiiiiiiiiiink it was mostly to practice drawing a character from the back.

Still kinda iffy on how the background turned out but as for the coloring and lines on Harlie, I think it's one of the better things I've done as of lately.
