Second piece of giftart for 
ruffbcagnus. I decided I needed a contrast to the other piece of giftart so I wanted to make this one all sickly cute. Plus it was an excuse to make feral Enigma pudgy and extra derpy.
Ruff seems to be extra fond of his new hyena friend and Enigma approves of otter sniffs/nuzzles!
