* If you would like an icon by a certain time (holidays, birthdays, etc) please have everything, INCLUDING PAYMENT, to me no later than one week before the date.
* Sending cash via the mail is done at your own risk.
* I can make small edits, but I will not give refunds. BUT If I completely fuck up your icon, I'll redo it. Please note that fuck-ups are things such as doing the wrong character, having the wrong expression, messing up a lot on a design. Stuff like that.
